Nayax, a leading global platform for commerce enablement and payments, and SECO, a pioneer in providing advanced solutions for industrial digitalization, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a long-term strategic partnership. This collaboration marks a significant step forward in the integration of payments with IoT-powered technologies, promising to reshape the self-service retail industry.

The partnership begins with an ambitious initiative: embedding Nayax’s seamless payment solutions into SECO products. The first offering will feature a payment-enabled smart screen, tailored for use in next-generation intelligent vending machines, micro markets, smart coolers, and other automated retail systems. This integration will empower businesses with a single, streamlined solution for managing payments and operations.

By joining forces, Nayax and SECO aim to deliver fully integrated IoT solutions that combine secure, frictionless payment processing with remote machine management and AI-driven business insights. These advanced systems are designed to support enterprises managing automated self-service points of sale. For OEMs, this partnership offers a unique value proposition: cost-efficient hardware with cutting-edge IoT capabilities and a versatile, comprehensive payment platform.

Central to the collaboration is SECO’s powerful IoT-AI software platform, Clea, which enables businesses to manage payment flows and device operations seamlessly. Clea captures, analyzes, and manages data from connected devices in real time. With its ability to drive intelligent automation and provide actionable insights, Clea ensures businesses stay ahead of operational challenges while reducing costs and improving efficiency. The combined solution offers advanced telematics, flexible payment options, and optimized device management that OEMs can easily integrate across their product lines.

As part of their joint efforts, Nayax and SECO invite OEMs to explore their transformative solutions in person. SECO will host booth 320 (hall 1) at the Embedded World Trade Show in Nuremberg, March 11–13. Visitors will gain firsthand insights into how these innovative technologies can streamline business operations and create a distinct competitive edge.

This collaboration highlights the potential of IoT and payment technology integration, driving efficiency and innovation across automated retail systems. Nayax and SECO are paving the way for a future where smart, secure, and intelligent solutions become the cornerstone of self-service commerce.
